Following graduation in landscape design and construction at Niagara College Michael Dampf decided to pursue further training in Japanese garden planning and sought out Mr. Tamotsu Torizuka of Torizuka Landscape in Toronto. He worked with Mr. Torizuka for three years. After further training with Ken Nakajima of Consolidated Garden Research in Tokyo and training sessions with Oehme van Sweden in Chicago Personal Gardens Ltd. was launched in 1986. Since then we've been designing and building imaginative gardens and unique spaces for outdoor living primarily in the Toronto area.
